About Course

What do all great players have in common? It appears like they have an abundance of time. Champions like Michael Jordan, Serena Williams and Michael Clarke all share this common feature of looking like they have an abundance of time, especially under pressure despite playing different sports. If only your students could ‘slow down the game’ of tennis, not be so rushed in order to transfer what they do in practice on game day. Well, the solution is much simpler than you think. This course will help your players receive the gift of time by helping them to create mental and physical space through easy to follow tips and tricks. This course is appropriate for junior players exiting the ROG pathway right through to adults.
