In this course called, Feet Like Fed, we work on helping you become more light and quick around the court. This course is ideal for players who are wanting to gain the advantage of getting in a great position easily and effortlessly – just like Roger Federer.

Course Content

Chapter 1 – INTRO
This course is ideal for players who are wanting to gain an advantage by being light and quick on your feet for the benefit of getting into great position easily and effortlessly.

Chapter 2 – Balance and Coordination
Many coaches focus on hand and eye coordination but rarely do I see coaches focusing on the importance of hand and foot coordination.

Chapter 3 – Balance and Rhythm
Tennis is a rhythm sport and one of the best ways for you to develop great rhythm is by skipping.

Chapter 4 – Balance while Rallying
While being on balance every single time is not always possible, when you do have time and can arrive to the ball on balance you have a much greater chance of being more consistent.

Chapter 5 – Using Movement between Rallies
Adding movement in between hitting shots in a rally allows you to develop your agility as well as control the time in which your opponent has to make contact with the ball.
