Athletic Development
Helping female players feel athletic is be encouraged and fitness should never be used as a punishment. Instead, we reward players with physical challenges.

On-Court Task Activities – EMPOWER
Working with a partner to achieve a task and challenge is a great way to begin and empower the players within your Girl Power Camp.

On-court Player Activities – DEVELOP
Having a theme of Game Styles or Momentum are two examples of how to develop your players within the Girl Power Camp.

Team Activities – Belonging
In all of the team activities, the players are working together to create a sense of belonging while embracing the battles of competition as they play in timed and point pressure scenarios.
