INTRODUCTION

 

Champions in the sporting world have a way of doing the boring and uncomfortable consistently over and over again – which creates a pattern. Do you have self-awareness of the structure/order of your daily patterns especially in the morning and the evening?

 

What you do repeatedly is who you are! Are your patterns serving you in the best possible way?  Are you setting your day up for success? What do champions have in common? They will often have a pattern of behaviour that has a consistent structure and order that reflects their purpose, personality and ultimately their outcome, which all helps to breed confidence.
