Introduction to the Course

Module 1: PLAYERS
Your audience (which coaches refer to as players or athletes) are the most important people in any presentation and therefore you need to gather as much information as you can about your audience.

Module 2: UNPACK

Module 3: IMPACT
The timing and impact level from your main points is critical in gaining respect from the audience and needs to be pre-planned.

Module 4: PACE
Pacing refers to your ability to build rapport with your audience as quickly as possible

Module 5 : PICTURE
A picture tells a 1,000 words – have the courage to own your look, the space and appropriate for your audience.

Module 6 : PRESENCE

Module 7: POISE
When preparation meets opportunity, great things can happen. In this module, we look at how you can become emotionally flexible and adaptable to different situations.

Module 8: POSTURE
Consider the posture of you and your audience. Notice your body language (and specifically what do you do with your hands) and how this will impact your tone and messaging.

Module 9: PRESENTER
You are delivering a talk to be in “service” to the audience. You are the least most important person in the room while at the same time, the most important person to bring people together.

Course conclusion, assessment and certification will be available after the virtual course.

Having a conflict or a courageous conversation is one of the hard things one has to do in the workplace. The TFFI WCF strategy is a great way to help you get through this process.
