About Lesson

This course is made up of 9 modules with each one following a consistent 4MAT system (invented by Bernice McCarthy).

Section 1: Why – Your motivation. What are some of your potential unforced errors (UE’s) and how can we flip them into winners (W’s)? What is it that you want from each module? Why is this important to you?

Section 2: What – What are the underlying strategies and concepts that we need to be aware of to fully understand and appreciate the tactics of each module.

Section 3: How – How do you implement the strategies? What is the process that you to take action on to bring this concept to life?

Section 4: Now – What is the game plan that you need to act on now? Your game plan is your accountability section before you complete the next module.
