Once you complete the 6-week program you should rest for 2 weeks, maintaining what you developed, following a maintenance program. After this time you can start the High-Performance Program again and better your time, loads etc. We also offer a personalized programming option for players that finish the High-Performance Program. You will find information on our website about this – “Train with us online” section.
